Build healthcare worth trusting
We don’t have any open roles right now, but we’re always interested in hearing from talented people who’d want to help us build a clinician-owned, technically excellent healthcare service. If that sounds like you, get in touch.
Why Trimu
A small team building something rare
Most online clinics are aggregator marketplaces wearing a clinical badge. We’re not. Here’s what makes Trimu different to work for.
Clinician-owned
No external investors pulling in the wrong direction. We can make decisions based on what’s right for patients and the team, not what’s needed to hit a fundraising milestone.
Real impact, real fast
We’re a small team, which means the work you do is visible, in production quickly, and changes outcomes for real patients. No layers of approval, no lost contributions.
Quality over scale
We’d rather treat fewer patients well than more patients fast. CQC-registered, MHRA-only medications, and zero algorithmic prescribing — and a culture that defends those standards in the work.
Who We Want To Hear From
The kinds of people we’d want to add
We don’t have specific roles open today, but we have a sense of where talent would have the most leverage. If any of these sound like you, please send us an email.
Clinical
UK-registered doctors, independent prescribing nurses, and pharmacists with experience in weight management, men’s health, or chronic-condition prescribing. We’re particularly interested in clinicians who care about how online care is done well.
Engineering & product
Engineers and designers who care about the craft. Strong opinions about user experience, clinical safety, observability, and the difference between code that works and code that holds up under regulatory scrutiny.
Operations & growth
Patient support, supply chain, regulatory operations, performance marketing, content, and brand. People who can hold a high standard while a small team is moving quickly, and who can tell the difference between thoughtful growth and growth at all costs.
How We Hire
If you reach out, here’s what happens
No portals, no take-home tests, no eight-stage interview gauntlets. Just a real conversation.
What to send
A short email to [email protected] telling us who you are, what you’d want to work on at Trimu, and why. Attach a CV if you have one to hand, or link us to whatever best represents your work — GitHub, LinkedIn, a portfolio, a Substack, an audit you wrote, a paper you authored. We don’t need a perfect application; we need a useful signal.
What’s helpful to mention
Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or freelance. Your rough timeline. If you’re a clinician, your registration body and number, and any specialist interests. If you’re applying speculatively, the kind of role that would actually move you — vague openness is harder to act on than a specific ask.
A real reply, not an autoresponder
A founder will read your email and respond personally — usually within a week. We won’t always have something to offer, and we’ll be honest if that’s the case. If we do, we’ll suggest a short call to talk through what you’re looking for and what we’d need.
If timing isn’t right, we’ll keep in touch
If we don’t have a role for you now but we’d want to in future, we’ll say so directly and ask whether you’re open to us getting back in touch when something changes. Speculative applications often turn into the strongest hires; we treat them seriously.
